Slashdot has a Every Account Owner Has the Potential To Be a Moderator type system...

Basically there are mod points and some things get modded up or down.
Today is the first day I've ever actually noticed having mod points. ^_^;;
The problem is I usually use heavy filters on slashdot so I will probably not get to use them. ;>.>
