No problem, it's a pleasure. :) I was just lucky to be online at the time and know a solution. We do try to keep things quick in the support board but it's not always possible.

If you could just make sure the support ticket gets closed properly that's all the thanks I need - it slows things down if it hasn't been closed properly even if it's been answered, for other people. D:
